Floor Plan Development

The design of your custom floor plan is one of the most important aspects of your trade show's success. 

Curtin’s expertise guarantees professionally produced camera-ready scaled drawings. Curtin’s vast library includes custom floor plans and is an excellent source for designing your next floor plan.

  • Beyond floor plan development, Curtin works closely with the Fire Marshal for each facility to meet current safety and fire regulations, and to secure permit approval for each floor plan.

Carpet & Drape

When designing the overall look and feel of your show, color plays an important role.  Curtin assists you with color selections for Carpet and Drape.

  • Our standard selection of aisle and area carpeting includes:

    We also offer a wide array of special request styles and colors.  
    In addition to providing quality carpeting, we also offer the highest level of installation, maintenance, and removal services.

Posterboards

Posterboards function as event message boards, presentation displays for medical and scientific meetings and for various educational purposes.

    • Actual Size (4’h x 8’w, with an adjustable display height ranging from 5’ to 7’ tall)

Freight Handling

Curtin's drayage and freight handling services ensure the timely and efficient delivery of display materials and booth equipment.

  • Curtin’s advance warehouse receives, stores, and tracks show management and exhibitor shipments for up to 30 days prior to show installation.  If a shipment is unable to meet the advance warehouse deadline, Curtin receives show-site deliveries during show installation hours at the event venue.  

    Curtin’s experienced material handlers and on-site representatives provide all the services you need:

    • Delivery of show management event materials to specific locations throughout the event facitility

    • Delivery of display materials directly to the exhibitor’s booth on the exhibit floor

    • Empty stickers to label containers

    • Removal and storage of empty containers

    • Return of empty containers at the close of show

    • Assistance with preparing forms for outbound shipments

    • Loading onto carriers for outbound shipments

Display Labor

Curtin's experienced and dedicated display workers assemble, maintain, and dismantle exhibit displays ranging in sizes and complexity.

As an added service, exhibitors not available on-site may request a Curtin supervisor to oversee installation and dismantling using provided drawings, blue prints, or photos.
